MCTP Latam Group, (hereinafter MCTP), with legal address in Circuito Palma Cocotera No. 2020 Colonia Palmares de Querétaro, Querétaro Qro., C.P. 76127, is a Company dully incorporated under Mexican law, committed to protect your personal data, as well as your privacy.

MCTP may collect your personal data in several ways, depending on the nature of such information: i) Directly provided by you as owner; ii) collected when visiting any of MCTP´s administered websites, such as www.mctp-latam.com; iii) when in use of online services offered by MCTP; iv) During recruitment processes carried out by MCTP or a third party rendering such services in and on behalf of MCTP; v) by any other mean not expressly prohibited by applicable law.

The personal data obtained by the means indicated above are:
1. Identification data: Name(s), surname(s), address, home phone number, cell phone and/or work phone number, marital status, signature, email, date of birth.
2. Financial Data: Name of the bank account holder, name of the banking institution, bank account number, SWIFT or bank CLABE number and simple copy of account statement.
3. Billing Data: Name or company name, Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC), and tax address.

Personal information provided by you will only be used by MCTP to render any requested services, to compel with contractual obligations in light of purchase orders, contracts or other legal instruments, as well as to comply with legal obligations as determined by federal or local authorities, in terms of applicable laws.

In accordance with current mexican legislation, "Sensitive Personal Data" is understood to be data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation, which if disclosed, could potentially harm the personal reputation and honor of a given natural person.

In case MCTP requires Sensitive Personal Data, then your corresponding consent must be expressly granted in writing.

At any time, you can enforce your rights to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose to the use of your personal data, despite any previously granted consent. These rights include the right to refuse the processing and use of any and all data not necessary to comply with contractual or legal obligations agreed between you and MCTP. In order to enforce the aforementioned rights, written requests can be submitted to MCTP Personal Data Department –with address located at Circuito Palma Cocotera No. 2020 Col. Palmares de Querétaro, Querétaro, Qro. C.P. 76127- Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on business days, or by email: datos.personales@mctp-latam.com.

Such requests must contain at least the following information: i) petitioner´s name; ii) email for notification purposes; iii) documents proving your identity or legal representation; iv) clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you want to exercise any given right; v) information of documentation required to locate your personal data; vi) mention of which right is to be exercised (access, rectification, cancellation or opposition).

MCTP is committed to take the necessary measures to protect your personal data, using security technologies and control procedures when managing and handling your personal data.

To provide a better service, MCTP may use "cookies". For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, "cookies" will be identified as information contained within text files that a website transfers to the hard drive of users´ computers in order to store certain records and preferences.
